Community Care, Inc. has been in business since 1986 (over 35 years!), and since then, we have provided care to countless patients across Southwestern Pennsylvania. We have also employed countless nurses, aides, and direct care workers since our beginnings, and take pride in the long-lasting relationships we form with our community.
