  • CNA: $500
  • LPN: $2500
  • RN: $2500
    • Sign on bonuses are distributed across a 6 month period. After you work 40 hours with us, you receive 40% of the sign on bonus. After you work with us for 6 months, you receive the rest of the sign on bonus.
